Our staff receives documented skilled 14-day training within our facility to be a home health aide, if they are not certified prior to accepting a shift with a client. 

LHG staff must receive specialized training, and possess strong communication skills.

Once the staff receive adequate training, they will receive a certificate for completing a non-medical home care course. 

Private Duty services can be a good option for patients and their families because it allows care in a familiar setting, and it can be less expensive than a healthcare facility. Private Duty services are often provided within a patient home setting.
